Official Rules for PCH Lotto Prizes

A limit of one online entry per day is allowed per individual and per e-mail address for each separate online promotion unless otherwise specified.  Subsequent entries determined to be submitted from the same email address or from the same individual using multiple email addresses in violation of this rule will be declared ineligible.

All entries submitted for each individual PCH Lotto game (Giveaway Nos. 1500, 1501 and 1503) by 11:59 P.M., ET will be eligible for that day’s corresponding PCH Lotto prize drawing. To become eligible for the periodical promotional event PCH Lotto game (Giveaway No. 1502), your entry/entries must be submitted by 11:59 P.M., ET the day of the event drawing. You will automatically be entered into each Giveaway by selecting numbers for each individual PCH Lotto game and submitting your entry (one entry per game per day).

You will win a prize of $1,250,000.00 from Giveaway No. 1500 if the 8 numbers you selected match the 8 numbers randomly drawn on the same day. You will win a prize of $10,000.00 from Giveaway No. 1503 if the 7 numbers you selected match the 7 numbers randomly drawn on that same day. You will win a prize of $1,000.00 from Giveaway No. 1502 if one of the sets of 5 numbers you selected during the periodical promotional event matches the 5 numbers drawn at the end of the corresponding promotional event. You will win a prize of $100.00 from Giveaway No. 1501 if the 4 numbers you selected match the 4 numbers randomly drawn on the same day. Should there not be a winner on any given day for Giveaway No. 1501, the prize will be rolled over into the following day for a maximum of 5 days ($500.00 maximum). If there are multiple winners for any of the prizes from Giveaway Nos. 1500, 1501, 1502 and 1503, they will be split equally among the individuals.

You may receive multiple entry opportunities into our ongoing Giveaways.  Various presentations of these Giveaways using various prizes/prize values may be presented to the public. The winning entry will be eligible for the prize configuration promoted in the Bulletin, pch.com or PCH Lotto offer from which it comes. A winner's prize may be supplemented up to the maximum amount of the Giveaway at PCH's option.

Unless otherwise specified, if there are any prizes which remain unclaimed by giveaway end, the minimum registered prize amount alone is guaranteed to be awarded to an alternate winner by second chance random drawing among eligible entries at giveaway end. In case of a dispute, winning entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry. 
 
Prizes will be paid as follows: Match 8 of 8 numbers for Giveaway No. 1500 and you will receive $30,000.00 a year for 29 years and a final payment of $380,000.00 in the 30th year. Multiple winners (if any) will share the prize equally. Present value of Giveaway No. 1500 will vary depending on interest rates and market conditions at the time of the award. All other prizes will be paid in full by check at time of award, unless otherwise noted.

Winners will be notified by e-mail or in person at our option.  Prize award date(s) promoted in this bulletin may be adjusted to accommodate travel arrangements and scheduling conflicts.  Entrant named on winning entry will be considered the winner. All prizes must be claimed within 10 days, or prize will be considered unclaimed and awarded in a random drawing at giveaway end.  Winner must be located and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility within 30 days or we will select an alternate winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and photograph in television commercials, in website promotions, and for other promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law. Parent or Legal Guardian must act for a minor. In the event a winner from one of our promotions comes from Canada, a skills test must be successfully completed in order for the winner to claim the prize.

Board of Judges' decisions are final.  Giveaways may be ended early for promotional purposes, and if so, all eligible entries will be included and the winner selection method will not change. Taxes are winner's responsibility.  Giveaway Nos. 1500, 1501, 1502 and 1503 are open to U.S. and Canadian residents; Canadian residents will not be able to enter these Giveaways via this PCH Lotto website. Principals and employees of Publishers Clearing House and pch.com, their affiliates and subsidiaries, their contest processors, their immediate families and the Board of Judges are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws apply.
